Union Aero is a line of very lightweight freestyle scooters created primarily for the skatepark, whips, barspins, flips, and technical combo tricks. Low weight, aluminum handlebars, and compact park geometry help get the scooter spinning quickly and give the rider maximum control in the air.

The main advantage of the Union Aero is its very low weight. The smallest Aero XS weighs only 2.48 kg, size S 2.55 kg, and the largest M still only 2.8 kg. The low weight makes it easier to handle the scooter during tailwhips, bri flips, barspins, and other tricks where you need to get the setup moving quickly.
📏 Three sizes – XS, S and M
Aero is not a one-size-fits-all scooter. Union offers three different variants, so that both shorter and taller riders can choose the right size. As the size increases, the handlebars, overall height, and deck length increase as well.

🪶 Aluminum handlebars for minimal weight
All Union Aero sizes use lightweight aluminum handlebars. XS got compact dimensions of 480 × 480 mm, S 550 × 520 mm, and the largest M 620 × 560 mm. Thanks to this, the size of the scooter adapts to the rider, while the entire setup remains very light.
🛴 Lightweight park deck
Aero uses a 6061 T6 aluminum deck with Peg Cut ends. All variants have a width of 120 mm, but differ in length – from 450 mm for XS through 460 mm for S to 480 mm for M. Compact dimensions help maintain the scooter’s quick response during park tricks.
🛞 110 × 24mm wheels with ABEC 9
All Union Aero models are equipped with 110 × 24mm wheels with an aluminum spoked core and ABEC 9 bearings. It is a proven park size that offers good speed while maintaining low rotational mass and easy handling.
⚙️ IHC and integrated headset
The connection between the handlebars and the fork is handled by the IHC compression system. Aero also uses an integrated industrial headset and a one-piece aluminum fork. The result is a clean, functional, and lightweight park setup without unnecessarily heavy components.
