CORE CD1 – compact deck for a light freestyle setup
CORE CD1 is a shorter and narrower freestyle deck designed primarily for smaller riders and those who prefer a light and quickly maneuverable setup. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the scooter handles well during whips, rotations, and other technical tricks.
📐 Compact dimensions 18.5" × 4.5"
The board measures approximately 470 mm in length and 114 mm in width.
Compared to large street decks, it offers a significantly more compact platform that gets into rotation more easily and suits smaller riders well.
⚡ Lightweight 6061 aluminum construction
CORE uses 6061 aluminum for the CD1, and in the head tube area you’ll also find a weight-saving cutout.
The goal of the construction is to reduce unnecessary weight while keeping the board pleasantly manageable for park tricks.
🔥 Boxed Ends – ready for grinds too
Although the CD1 is a compact deck mainly suited for a park-focused setup, it uses Boxed Ends. The square ends make grinding easier, and CORE also uses nylon inserts that protect the rear of the deck and help keep the rear axle nut in place.
🛴 3° concave for better control
The top surface of the deck has a 3° concave, which helps the rider better feel the position of their feet and keep the scooter under control during tricks. The 83° head tube angle supports the lively and well-controllable character of the entire board.

What are the dimensions of the CORE CD1?

Boxed Ends are squared-off ends at the back of the board. On the CORE CD1, they help with grinds and are complemented by nylon tips that protect the rear part of the deck.
Is the CORE CD1 suitable for a big street rider?
If you prefer a long and wide platform for street riding and grinds, a larger CORE deck will probably be more suitable. The CD1 is intentionally short and compact and makes the most sense for smaller riders or riders who prefer a smaller setup.
