Delivery by Christmas

Christmas is approaching and we would like to inform you about important dates regarding orders and the operation of Scootshop.cz.

🕒 The last day to order with guaranteed delivery by Christmas is the 18th. 12.
To guarantee delivery by Christmas, the order must be placed by the 18th. 12. also paid, or chosen for cash on delivery.
Orders created or unpaid after 18. 12. unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve, although we will do our best. 

🎄 Christmas and Post-Christmas Operations:

📅 In the period from 24. 12. to 4. 1. we are closed
The physical store and warehouse in České Budějovice (e-shop) will be closed.

📧 During the Christmas break, we will handle inquiries via email only
📵 Phone support will not be available during this period

Orders received during this period will start being processed from 5. 1. in the order in which they arrive.
