⚡ In short: both are accessories for a freestyle scooter, not replacements for one.
Trampoline scooter is soft, foam, and has no wheels. It is used to practice tricks (tailwhip, barspin) on a trampoline, is suitable for children from around 3 years old, and cannot be ridden. The snow scooter has skis instead of wheels and is ridden on a ski slope or downhill like a snowboard with handlebars.
For the sidewalk, skatepark, and jumps, the only right choice is a freestyle scooter.
🤸 No wheels
The trampoline scooter doesn’t ride. It is used to jump on a trampoline.
👶 From age 3
Soft foam, nothing hard. Safe even at home in the living room.
❄️ Skis instead of wheels
A snow scooter belongs on the ski slope and the hill.
🔁 Same tricks
Tailwhip and barspin work on all three; the movement carries over.
🚫 Not for the skate park
Neither one can replace a freestyle scooter on concrete.
A trampoline scooter looks like a freestyle scooter, but it has no wheels and is made of soft foam on a lightweight frame. Instead of wheels, it has a non-slip strip on the board that grips the trampoline mat. It was created as a training aid: riders use it to practice tailwhips, barspins, and spins on a trampoline, where they have more airtime and a soft landing, and then transfer those movements to the skatepark.
It is interesting to parents for two reasons. Age: It is lightweight and has no hard parts, so it is suitable for children from around 3 years old. Safety: On a garden trampoline with a safety net or at home on a carpet, falling onto a foam scooter has no consequences. In winter, sports keep a child active.
What can't it do: ride.
Without wheels, you can’t push off on it or ride it along the sidewalk. It’s a jumping aid, not a means of transportation. The foam wears out over time, so replacement parts are available for it.You can find the selection in the trampoline scooters category.
A snow scooter (snowscoot) has handlebars and a frame like a scooter or BMX bike, but instead of wheels it has two short skis: a front one for steering and a rear one for the rider to stand on. It has no seat; you ride standing up, like on a snowboard, with handlebars. It belongs on the ski slope or on the hill behind the village. Whether you can take her on the ski lift depends on the ski resort; it’s best to call and arrange it in advance.
Freestyle scooter riders love it because the movements are similar: leaning into turns, jumps, rotations, tailwhips, and barspins.
That way, they don’t lose their form over the winter. For parents, it’s an alternative to skiing for a child who doesn’t want to ski. Age and height aren’t fixed requirements: snowscoot is for anyone who dares to give it a try, from children to adults. What it can't do: ride outside the snow.
It has no place on asphalt or in a skatepark. You can find the offer in the snow scooters (snowscoot) category.

💡 How it all fits together
A typical scenario: a child gets a freestyle scooter and a garden trampoline, where they can calmly practice a tailwhip. As a teenager, once they’re already riding in the park, they’ll add a snowboarding holiday in winter. Freestyle is the only one you can’t do without.
No. It has no wheels, is made entirely of foam, and is only for jumping on a trampoline or on a soft surface. A freestyle scooter is required for the ride.
Approximately from 3 years of age; it is lightweight and soft. There is no upper limit; advanced riders also use it to practice rotations.
Snow scooter: a frame, handlebars, and two short skis instead of wheels; ridden standing up on a ski slope or downhill. Combines a snowboard and a scooter.
It depends on the ski resort; each one is different. It’s best to call and arrange it in advance.
No. The trampoline lift isn’t running; the snow lift only runs when there’s snow. Both make great additions to a freestyle scooter: one for practicing tricks, the other for winter.
